LH Agenda & Co is a Newcastle, Australia based wellbeing business built on the belief that ambition and wellbeing go hand in hand. The company is home to LH Agenda, premium planners, journals and self-coaching tools; Splasí, an award-winning superfood wellness drink; Skye Melody, activewear; and Custom Notebooks Australia, bespoke stationery. What began in 2011 as an online magazine for professional women has grown into a family of brands trusted by women worldwide to support how they work, move and nourish themselves.

Splasí

Longer blurb:  Splasí is a delicious, nutrient-dense wellness drink made with 15 superfoods, including plant fibre, prebiotics and probiotics, and marine magnesium. Unlike typical green powders, it’s made using a proprietary freeze-drying process from real fruits, vegetables, seeds and mushrooms, with no added sugar, fillers or artificial ingredients. Designed to be family friendly (ages 4+) and simple to use, just one scoop mixed with water, it’s for anyone who wants a genuine, everyday way to support their nutrition, whether at home, at work or after exercise. Custom Notebooks Australia

Short blurb: Custom Notebooks Australia creates bespoke, custom-branded notebooks and stationery for businesses and events.

Longer blurb: Custom Notebooks Australia offers bespoke stationery and custom-branded notebooks, drawing on LH Agenda & Co’s design and manufacturing experience. It’s a natural fit for corporate gifting, events and brands wanting a premium, personalised stationery product of their own.

Kasia Gospoś is the Founder, Creative Director and CEO of LH Agenda & Co. Born in Poland, she studied finance and banking before working as a commercial analyst and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA/ACMA). She moved to Australia in 2008 and founded Leaders in Heels, an online magazine for professional women, after seeing colleagues struggle to advocate for themselves at work. That project grew into LH Agenda in 2021 and LH Agenda & Co in 2025, as the business expanded from stationery into nutrition with Splasí and activewear with Skye Melody. Kasia lives in Newcastle with her husband and business partner, Nino.
